This past weekend I decided to go to my local farmer’s market to see what kind of produce was available. My farmers market isn’t huge and didn’t have any organic food available. I decided to pick up a watermelon for only $4 because watermelon has such a thick skin that it isn’t as crucial if it is organic. I now have a huge watermelon that I need to eat this week, so I decided to make these watermelon strawberry basil popsicles with it.
Summer may be coming to an end, but these watermelon strawberry bail popsicles are perfect for summertime. They are made with such simple ingredients compared to what is in most store-bought popsicles. They are also so easy to make. If you have ten minutes available and watermelon, strawberries, and basil that needs to be used, then pull out your blender and popsicle molds and make these delicious treats.
